Kz8my Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia Sports Betting

This document contains the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing your use of the platform, website, and all services provided by kz8my (hereinafter referred to as "kz8my", "we", or "the platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kz8my.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address. kz8my reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request additional supporting documents such as a copy of your identity card or bank statement.

Only one account is permitted per individual. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a serious violation of the Terms. kz8my reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your kz8my login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, including instances where the account is accessed by another party with or without your knowledge. Please contact kz8my support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on kz8my are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. kz8my does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Kz8my does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond kz8my's control.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your kz8my account. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering. kz8my reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further review.

Funds deposited into a kz8my account are strictly for betting and entertainment purposes. kz8my does not offer any interest or returns on unused account balances.

Kz8my offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and any additional conditions stated alongside each offer. Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.

General kz8my rollover conditions:

• Welcome bonus: 15x rollover on the total bonus amount received.
• Reload deposit bonus: 10x rollover on the bonus amount.
• Free spins: winnings from free spins are subject to a 10x rollover before withdrawal.
• Weekly cashback: no rollover requirement — withdraw directly or use it to continue playing.

Kz8my reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it if there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using hedging strategies through other accounts, or colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.

All promotions have a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses that expire within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account. kz8my reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice.

The kz8my platform offers a wide range of game categories, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, cricket, badminton), Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, progressive jackpots, and esports (MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile). Each game category has its own specific rules, available in the platform's help section.

General rules that apply to all games on kz8my:

• Game results confirmed by the kz8my system are final and are not subject to dispute.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kz8my will attempt to restore the affected bet based on system records. If restoration is not possible, the bet may be voided and the staked amount refunded.
• For Sports Betting, any bet accepted before an event begins is valid even if the odds change after the bet is placed. Live betting wagers are valid based on the odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• Kz8my reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds.
• All Live Casino game results are based on the actions of a real dealer broadcast in real time — these results are final.

All slots at kz8my use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been audited by an independent, internationally accredited body. RTP values displayed are based on long-term statistical testing and do not guarantee returns in any individual session. kz8my does not modify RTP after a game has been launched.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kz8my platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account for the same individual.
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Hedging strategies (arbitrage/hedging) using multiple accounts or other platforms to unfairly reduce risk.
• Payment fraud — including using another person's bank account or e-wallet without valid authorisation.
• Money laundering — using the kz8my platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Hacking or attempting to compromise platform security the kz8my platform.
• Account sharing with another individual or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Submitting false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process.

Kz8my cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in any investigation related to illegal activities involving our platform. User information will be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.

Kz8my reserves the right to freeze, restrict, or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or information that cannot be verified.
• Activity indicating gambling habits that are concerning and potentially harmful to the player.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player.
• Requests from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonuses or winnings obtained in violation of these Terms will be forfeited. Legitimate deposit balances unrelated to the breach will be returned to the original payment method upon completion of the investigation, where applicable.

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting the kz8my support team via email at support@kz8my.biz. Requests for temporary or permanent self-exclusion can also be submitted through the same channel.

Kz8my provides its betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. That said, kz8my makes every effort to maintain high platform availability and minimise any disruptions.

Kz8my shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond kz8my's control, including internet outages, mobile service provider issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from the use of the kz8my platform.

Kz8my's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

Kz8my collects, processes and stores users' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the kz8my Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy page ours.

Data collected includes personal identification information, contact details, transaction records and platform usage data. This data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention and the improvement of kz8my services.

Kz8my does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be shared with payment service providers (such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX) for transaction processing purposes, and with authorities when required by law.

Kz8my reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in response to operational requirements, legal obligations, or platform improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate update is required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the kz8my platform after any amendments to the Terms take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
